The police command in Lagos State stated two robbery suspects misplaced their lives on Saturday whereas exchanging gunfire with the police in the Okokomaiko space of the state.
The command’s spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident to journalists on Sunday.
Mr Hundeyin stated the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) from Okokomaiko acquired data at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday that some armed hoodlums numbering about 5, allegedly entered the Airtel Communication web site.
He stated the suspects entered the communication facility at Adisa Street, Okokomaiko, tied the safety guard on responsibility and vandalised 5 Inverter batteries, valued at about N6 million, powering the mast.
Mr Hundeyin stated that primarily based on the report, a crew of policemen was mobilised to the scene.
